Shivaanee Garments is a vertically integrated T-shirt manufacturing company based in Tirupur, Tamil Nadu — India's largest knitwear export cluster. Knitting, dyeing, cutting, stitching, printing, and quality control all happen inside our own facility, which is what lets us hold a delivery date.

What We Are
A manufacturer first, an exporter by extension.
We're built around one principle: the fewer hands an order passes through, the more reliable it is. So instead of subcontracting stages to outside units, we run knitting, dyeing, cutting, stitching, printing, and inspection inside one facility in Tirupur.
Located in the Tirupur knitwear cluster
Tirupur produces the majority of India's knitwear exports. Being inside this cluster means faster access to yarn, trims, accessories, and skilled labor than a standalone facility elsewhere in the country.
Quality checked at every stage, not just at the end
Fabric is tested before cutting. Stitching is spot-checked through the line. Final goods go through AQL 2.5 inspection before packing — so problems get caught early, not after the container is loaded.
Built for repeat export orders
Documentation, compliance certificates, and freight coordination are handled in-house, so buyers placing their tenth order get the same process as their first.

Computerized cutting for consistent panel sizing across large production runs.

Multiple parallel lines running simultaneously to hold delivery dates on large orders.
Print & Embroidery
Screen print, DTG, sublimation, and embroidery handled on site, no outside vendors.
QA & Packing
Final inspection, retail-ready folding, and export packing before container loading.

Documentation by default
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and compliance paperwork are prepared on every shipment, not on request.
No subcontracted production
Your order doesn't leave our facility mid-production. What we quote is what we make, on our own floor.
Inspection before, not after
Fabric, stitching, and finished goods are checked at each stage, so issues are caught before packing — not flagged after arrival.
